The Linux-Kongress 2002 will take place at the Physics Institutes of the University of Cologne, Germany. The address is Zülpicher Strasse 77.

Travel directions: Here are some detailed travel directions for people arriving by car, rail or air.

Public transport: Next tram stop are "Universitätsstraße" (tram line 8 and 9) or "Eifelwall" (tram line 18 and 19). The next train station is "Köln Süd", only a few minutes walk away. We have put together some information about public transport in Cologne.

Parking: Parking in Cologne isn't easy, so we can't ensure you will find a space on the area we describe here: There's a parking lot below the Uni-Center, a high, three wing building at the crossing of Universitätsstrasse and Luxemburger Strasse. (Look here for detailed information.)

Maps:

Note for people who have been to the Linux-Kongress 1998 in Cologne: We will be in a different building this time.

Access for wheelchairs is somewhat difficult. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange this.
