8th International Linux-Kongress - Exhibition
General information
Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Linux... an excellent opportunity for your company to exhibit your newest products, together with other leading Linux and Open Source vendors. More than 250 m2 of exhibition space is available during this international conference.Either 4 m2 or 8 m2 is per company available. Setting up your stand is possible on November 28, 2001.
Reservation and Payment
ICONIQ has been assigned as official Exhibition Bureau for the 8th International Linux-Kongress. Your stand request can be processed through ICONIQ via the registration form.We kindly request you to complete and submit the registration form to reserve a stand. You will receive a confirmation of your registration together with an invoice by postal mail.
Participation fee for a simple booth of 4 m2 is EUR 750 and 8 m2 is EUR 1000. All prices are excl. 19% VAT. The price per 4 m2 booth includes 3 person space, a table, an exhibition panel, IP-connection, power consumption and access to the technical conference. That means an 8 m2 booth includes all of the above and 4 person space. Entrance to the Social Event is excluded.
Cancellation policy
If you must cancel, it must be sent in writing with a signature, and postmarked no later than November 5, 2001. No refunds will be given after payment has been received. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Mail the ICONIQ office for details: <expo-LK@iconiq.nl>
